- Each product has step-by-step instructions. PawsAndPieces and PicturePique Puzzle require you to upload a photo or image, and Happy Place GeoPuzzle to find your place on a map.
Also, depending on the product you want, there are different options for customization to make your JigWood Puzzle unique and one-of-a-kind.
**How long will my order take to arrive?**
- Our jigsaw puzzles are made to order. Once you place an order it will immediately go into production, but it can still take up to 7 business days to be finished and ready to ship.
We are proud of our products, and we like to make sure that every piece will give you the best experience. Good things take their time!
Depending on where you are located, once your JigWood Puzzle is shipped, it can take 7 to 15 business days to get to you. That is completely out of our control and depends 100% on our trustworthy carriers.
**How can I track my order?**
- As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number, you can follow its journey all the way to your doorstep!
**Do you ship internationally?**
- Yes we do!
But not all countries are available at the moment, odds are that if you can see our page, we can ship to where you are!
**Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?**
- Our system is automated, and because our products are made to order and personalized, once you place your order you cannot modify it or cancel it.
